(a) Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect at the time you first access the site. In the case of multi-user licences, use of the site constitutes accceptance of these terms and conditions by all authorised users within your organisation

(b) If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not use this site.

(c) LTT Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to refer to these terms and conditions on accessing this site.

(d) Continued use of this site after such changes to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those posted changes.

(e) LTT Ltd reserves the right to make this site unavailable at any time or to restrict access to parts or all of the site without notice.

(f) You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including any trade marks or copyright in the content of this site, are owned by LTT Ltd or its third party suppliers. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of the intellectual property of LTT Ltd except as otherwise provided on this site.

(g) Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal commercial and non-commercial use, or in accordance with LTT Ltd’s linking terms and conditions. We will however allow up to 30% or 250 words of any individual piece of editorial from the Local Transport Today archive to be reproduced or otherwise republished for commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided due acknowledgement is given. Persons wishing to republish more than 30% of any item should seek permission from the Local Transport Today editor

(h) Users of the site may not make multiple printouts or copies of materials for distribution to others, except with express permission of LTT Ltd.

(i) The whole service or any part of the material it contains may not be resold to third parties.

(j)Material hosted on external sites is subject to the terms and conditions of that site's owners, who should be approached if specific permission is required to re-use material.

(k)You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of or enjoyment of this site by any third party.

(l) If you choose to register on this site, you will be asked to enter a username and password ("Log-in details"). These log-in details are for your own personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these log-in details and must not allow anyone else, for example a colleague, to use them. You must immediately inform LTT Ltd of any unauthorised use of your Log-in details. In order to protect the interests of other subscribers, Local Transport Today Ltd retains the right to withdraw access to LTTXtra if any abuse is reported or discovered.

(m) The site and any of the materials it contains must not be made available on a local area network, a wide area network or on any intranet or extranet. A separate multi-user licence is available for this purpose - see (n) below.

(n)If you choose a multi-user licence to this site, your organisation's administrator will be asked will be asked to enter a username and password ("Log-in details")for each individual user within the organisation. These log-in details are for your own personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these log-in details and must not allow anyone else, for example a colleague, to use them. Administrators should purchase a multi-user licence allowing sufficient log-ins for all employees they wish to have access to the site. You must immediately inform LTT Ltd of any unauthorised use of your Log-in details. In order to protect the interests of other subscribers, Local Transport Today Ltd retains the right to withdraw access to LTTXtra if any abuse is reported or discovered.

(o) LTT Ltd is not responsible for material posted by Registrants on the site. LTT Ltd, however, reserves the right to delete or edit such material at its sole discretion and without notice.

(p) LTT Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this site and/or Log-in details at its sole discretion and without notice.

(q) You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend LTT Ltd from any and all loss, damage and expense (including legal fees) incurred by LTT Ltd on account of any claim or lawsuit arising out of or related to your use of this site or material posted on this site under your Log-in details, whether or not authorised by you.

(r) You accept that when you leave this site (whether knowingly or not) LTT Ltd can no longer be responsible in any way for any material that you encounter and LTT Ltd excludes (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any liability that may arise with respect to or as a result of such material causing any damage, costs, injury or financial loss of any kind.

(s) LTT Ltd uses reasonable care and skill in providing the content on this site but does not represent or warrant the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or suitability of the content.

(t) LTT Ltd will not be liable for any claims, losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, economic and consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill), whether in contract, negligence or other tortuous action arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

(u) These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

(v) LTT Ltd does not warrant that this site is free of viruses or bugs or that this site is compatible with all computer systems and browsers.

(w) This site includes links to other sites on the world wide web. LTT Ltd makes no warranties as to the suitability or accuracy of the content of any of those sites.

(x) LTT Ltd accepts no liability for any product or service advertised, supplied or otherwise promoted on this site by any third party. LTT Ltd also disclaims liability for any downloadable software on this site.

(y) LTT Ltd does not warrant that any of the goods or services linked to or advertised on this site comply with data protection or other relevant legislation and LTT Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any claim arising from such goods or services.

(z) LTT Ltd is happy to accept comments, stories or other submissions from its users. LTT Ltd is under no obligation to publish any such material and such material shall be considered to be the property of LTT Ltd. LTT Ltd may dispose of such material at its discretion.
